Ingredients for avocado chocolate mousse

Avocado: Use two ripe avocados that are soft and ripe to ensure you don’t taste the avocado in your chocolate mousse. The avocado should be ripe but still green and not brown on the inside.

Chocolate bar: Melted. Use dark chocolate to make the taste of avocado imperceptible.

Almond milk: At room temperature.

Cocoa powder: Cocoa powder intensifies the chocolate flavor.

  1. This was so good and did not leave that after taste of avocado! I used dark chocolate that had been flavoured with orange and oat milk instead of almond. I will definitely make it again! Thank you for posting this recipe.
