Noodles: Use your favorite type of noodle.

Shrimp: Raw, peeled, and deveined.

Broccoli: Use broccoli florets.

How to make this recipe

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Mix the oyster sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Next, prepare all the vegetables and set them aside.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. When hot, add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until cooked. Remove the cooked shrimp to a plate and set aside.

Then, add the garlic, spring onions, and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Next, add the onion and saute until soft.

Then, add the broccoli florets, carrot and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Frequently stir to prevent burning. Next, add noodles followed by the sauce mixture and stir continuously to combine everything.

Finally, add the shrimp, sesame seeds, and more spring onions to garnish. Serve immediately.

  • 1 small piece of ginger minced
  • 2 spring onions chopped

  • 4 oz carrot julienned (100 g)

  1. Didn’t have all the ingredients. Mainly jalapeno and red peppers I wanted to use up. Basically boiled the pasta while chopping up the vegetables, stir fried vegetables, then the shrimp, then the pasta, then poured the sauce on top. The garlic and ginger made it tasty. Will definitely make this again!
