How do you store baked sweet potatoes?

Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or scoop out the flesh into a freezer bag and store in the freezer for 2 months.

Should I wrap the sweet potato in foil when baking?

No, you shouldn't. Otherwise, the skin will be very moist instead of crispy and caramelized.

Should I add olive oil before baking?

No, that's not necessary. The sweet potato will bake just fine on its own.
