- 4 cups shredded cabbage (320 g)
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped

Crema Dressing Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
