    This mango salad recipe is a fantastic summer salad! It's bright, healthy, and will be ready in less than 10 minutes! Eat this salad on its own or as a side dish.

    Ingredients to make this recipe

    Mango: The star ingredient! Cut into slices or cubes.

    Leaf salad mix: We've used a pack of different salad greens. Feel free to use your favorite ones.

    Avocado: It's creamy and rich.

    Cucumber: To give freshness.

    Radishes: A great addition to any salad!

    Feta cheese: Works great in salads! Replace with vegan feta cheese for a vegan salad.

    Walnuts: Provide a crunch texture, healthy fats, and protein.

    Dressing: A mix of salt, black pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinager.

    How to make this recipe

    Cut the mango and vegetables.

    Prepare the dressing. Add the salt, black pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar into a small bowl and whisk well to combine.

    Add all the ingredients into a bowl, add the dressing on top, toss to combine, and serve immediately.

    Description

    Ingredients

    • 1 pack mixed salad greens (150 g)
    • 1 mango, sliced
    • 1 avocado, cubed
    • 1 cucumber, half-moon sliced
    • 4 radishes, sliced
    • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 1 handful walnuts 
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • 1 pinch black pepper 

    Instructions

    1. Cut the mango and vegetables.
    2. Prepare the dressing. Add the salt, black pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar into a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
