  • 6 large baking apples
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pecans or walnuts chopped
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
  • vanilla ice cream to serve optional
