Ingredients  

  • 4 egg yolks at room temperature
  • 50 g water at room temperature
  • 130 g unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 10 g lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Add all the ingredients to the Thermomix mixing bowl and mix 4 min/70ºC/speed 4. Serve!

Notes

  • Ensure all ingredients, especially the butter, are at room temperature before starting for optimal emulsification.
  • Serve the Hollandaise sauce immediately after preparation for the best taste and texture.
