Ingredients

  • 250 g all-purpose flour (8.81 oz)
  • 445 g milk of your choice (2 cups + 2 tbsp or 500 ml)
  • 2 medium-sized eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or sunflower seed oil

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the Thermomix mixing bowl, and mix at 20 sec/speed 6.
  2. Heat a crepe maker or a large pan over medium heat, and grease with oil. When hot, pour some batter into the pan. If you're using a pan, move the pan immediately from side to side to form an even circle. If you're using a crepe maker, use a crepe utensil to help you make a circle.
  3. Cook for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned.
  4. Repeat these steps with the remaining batter.
  5. Serve the crepes with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
