To make melon balls, cut the melon in half, and with a melon baller scoop, press down as far as you can at an angle, then twist, and scoop it out. Repeat this process on both melon halves.
Next, freeze the melon balls and grapes in a freezable bag.
To assemble your sangria, add the frozen melon and grapes to a large pitcher, followed by the melon liquor and melon syrup, and mix with a spoon to combine everything.
Next, add the white wine, sprite, and mix carefully.
Top up with bubbles, and add extra ice cubes if you want.
Finally, add the basil mint on top, and mix with a large drink spoon.
