Peanut Butter Energy Balls

No-bake peanut butter energy balls are so simple and easy to make! They are a delicious, vegan, and healthy snack. You will only need 5 ingredients and less than 10 minutes to make this recipe!

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup peanut butter at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions 

  1. Add the peanut butter, agave syrup, oat flour, and rolled oats into a food processor and pulse until combined. 
  2. Next, add the chocolate chips and pulse again.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls. Place them on an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

Add a different nut butter: Feel free to replace the peanut butter with any other nut butter, like almond butter or hazelnut butter.
Substitute chocolate chips: You can substitute chocolate chips for dried fruit like cranberries, raisins, or coconut.
Substitute oat flour: You can substitute oat flour with almond flour, rice flour, coconut flour, or protein powder.
Add spices or other flavors: Add spices for an extra flavor like cinnamon, vanilla powder, or cocoa powder.
