Prep TimePrep Time 5 minutes minutes
ServingsServings 1 serving
- ice cubes
- 1 + 2/3 oz gin 5 cl
- 1 oz lemon juice 3 cl
- 0,5 oz sugar syrup 1,5 cl
- a dash cassis liqueur
- blackberries to garnish
- 1 slice of lemon to garnish
First, add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake well.
Then, add the flower ice cubes to a glass and strain over the cocktail mixture.
Next, drizzle the crème de cassis on top, and garnish with blackberries and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
Use bottled water to make the flower ice cubes: As mentioned above, tap water makes cloudy ice cubes. Ensure you use bottled water to achieve clear flower ice cubes.
Use freshly squeezed lemon juice: No store-bought lemon juice tastes as authentic as freshly squeezed lemon juice, which impacts the taste of your cocktail.
