No-bake peanut butter energy balls are so simple and easy to make! They are a delicious, vegan, and healthy snack. You will only need 5 ingredients and less than 10 minutes to make this recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
Instructions
- Add the peanut butter, agave syrup, oat flour, and rolled oats into a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Next, add the chocolate chips and pulse again.
- Roll the mixture into small balls. Place them on an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Notes
Add a different nut butter: Feel free to replace the peanut butter with any other nut butter, like almond butter or hazelnut butter.
Substitute chocolate chips: You can substitute chocolate chips for dried fruit like cranberries, raisins, or coconut.
Substitute oat flour: You can substitute oat flour with almond flour, rice flour, coconut flour, or protein powder.
Add spices or other flavors: Add spices for an extra flavor like cinnamon, vanilla powder, or cocoa powder.
